Burning fat time

Another supplement I have been looking into is fat burner supplements. There are tons out on the market so it is very hard to find the right one for me. I really need help with my weight loss but I do not want to take a diet pill or have surgery so a supplement is the best choice for me I believe. It is very hard to decide on which one to buy since everyone claims to be the best out there and doctor recommended. It would be so nice if supplements or whatever actually told the truth and was unbiased but of course, that is never going to happen.

New Year means more weight loss

New Year means more weight loss

For more people, this time of the year is when they find it best to start a new diet. People try harder than ever to lose the weight they put on during the holidays in order to fulfill their New Year’s resolution. I am sure Google is going crazy with all of the searches on apidexin reviews and things of that nature. I can only imagine how happy places like Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig is to see the incline of new clients. For me, this time of the year is when I sit back and do what I do year round, watch what I eat including the portion sizes, and try my darnest to get in some exercise. Even though it is the New Year, I did not make a resolution to lose weight this year because to me, resolutions are a superstition.

Weight Loss is easy?

Since when is losing weight supposed to be easy? I understand that people look to pills for their ease in loosing weight but isn’t the whole point in losing weight supposed to be that the work you put in makes you want to keep it off? Maybe I look at weight loss different, but for the past week I’ve busted my butt to loose the few pounds I have lost. So despite what all the lipofuze reviews and what not have to say, I don’t see the point in taking pills for weight loss. For me, at least, pills aren’t an option. The sweat and tears that it takes to lose weight is what is going to make me want to keep it off!

All Natural

One of the biggest debates in my Nutrition class is whether diet pills actually work when it comes to long term weight loss. I, of course, am not for diet pills when it comes to long term weight loss. I don’t believe a magic pill can help you lose weight and keep it off. A pill isn’t a magic wand even though some people have had lots of success on pills such as clinicallix. I am all for their success but when it comes to me personally, diet pills just aren’t my thing. Even though I am not for diet pills, I respect my fellow classmates’ opinions and have enjoyed debating the issue with them. I can see their side of the story but once again, for me personally, I prefer all natural weight loss. I don’t believe weight loss can truly mean something unless you are actually working for it!

Blogging helped me academically

Blogging helped me academically

I am currently taking a Nutrition class to help fulfill my science requirements for my degree. My blogging experience has actually helped me out in this area since a lot of the times I have blogged about weight loss which happens to have a lot to do with this class. For instance, this week’s discussion questions had to do with current diets and our reviews on them based upon their nutritional values. We could choose any diet such as Weight Watchers, hoodia weight loss, or even the Atkins’ diet. Since I’ve done research for my blog posts on different diets, I found this week’s discussion to be very easy! So for once, blogging has helped me out academically.
