Weight Watchers maybe
I have been doing a lot of thinking in regards of what means to go by with my weight loss. I have been researching different diet methods from alli reviews to Weight Watchers. I originally planned on counting calories but to me, that takes a lot more time than I have to offer. I am taking five classes this semester and have a busy life already with taking care of my family and doing the whole wifey duties. I really have been strongly leaning towards going with Weight Watchers since the points system is a whole lot easier for me. I can count my points since most of the things I eat I already know the points for them from last time. It is ieasier adding up points then adding up all of my calories, fats, and carbs.
