Scrubtastic

One benefit to working in the nursing profession is getting to wear scrubs. If you were to ask most nurses, they would tell you how comfortable they are. When I worked at one of my old jobs, I had to wear scrubs and I seriously felt like I was going to work in my pajamas all the time. Since there is only one scrub store in my town, I often had to resort to buying scrubs online. Our local store usually only carried smaller sizes and having them order things for me took a heck of a lot longer than if I ordered my own scrubs via the internet. That is one downside to living in a small town, we have two hospitals but not any scrub stores for our hospital personnel to get their uniforms from!

My sister also ran into the same problem when she started working at a nursing home. They were required to wear medical scrubs, but since there wasn’t a big selection at our local store, she also chose to go the internet route. So if you are looking for scrubs yourself, I really suggest checking out the internet. I know that a lot of people don’t like to purchase from the internet but if you live in a small town like I do, it is sometimes your only resort!
