Getting Older

Last night while laying in bed, my husband decided to confront me on our adulthood and how when we get older how he would want all of our possessions and assets divided. First off, we’re only in our twenties and I understand wanting to prepare for our untimely death but please don’t kill the mood by bringing up how we need to plan our funeral arrangements so if we were to die they would already be planned out. I understand where he was coming from but with all the stress of looking for an apartment or house, I just didn’t feel that was the time to bring all of that up. Poor hubby, bless his little heart. I suggested him to postpone that conversation and we would discuss it when we weren’t headed to bed and when I felt the time was appropriate. My death isn’t something I want to discuss or think about before I head to bed, ya know?
